1- The condition for returning the product is that it must be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning to ensure its safety. The customer must match the product according to the invoice before opening the product. 2- The return must be within three days from the date of receiving the product. 3- The perfume cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase if it does not have a manufacturing defect, to protect public health as per the Ministry of Commerce regulations. 4- Samples and testers cannot be returned or exchanged as long as they match the invoice in terms of product name and size, to protect public health as per the Ministry of Commerce regulations. 5- If a product is to be returned, it must be within 3 days from the date of receipt, with the invoice, and the product must be in its original condition and the perfume unopened (with the original perfume seal present). No other product will be accepted, and the customer bears the return shipping costs. 6- Currently, refrigerated delivery is not available.
